Atkins Diet

Hello everyone,

Firstly, I would like to welcome SIM Members who visit this page. Nothing special here, it's just me who eagerly want to learn how to write and share my "two cents" opinion (this always a favorite phrase in our SIM group emails communications kan..kan..kan...??!!.. kot kot la nnti kena kutuk cover awal2 hehehe)

I am one of the group members!!! (eh.. tetiba)

So today I want to share my experience about Atkins Diet Plan. Invented by Dr. Atkins who stress in natural foods, healthy fish, veggies and fruits intake. Atkins diet is a system that enables our body to lose weight in a natural way by inducing a change in metabolism. Our body is capable of burning fat and carbo to provide energy that require for our body. Dr. Atkins suggested that we REDUCE OUR INTAKE IN CARBO, which eventually our body burn fat to turn to energy. More likely a PROTEIN DIET plan juga lah. Dr. Atkins plan is the other way round from the traditional meal plan.

Argghhhh... suka..suka..suka...chicken..chicken..mutton..chicken...... :)

And also this morning, my business consultant shared with me KEVIN ZAHRI e-book titled 5KG in 5weeks.. and one of the method is TO EAT EVERY 3 HOURS. The idea is, you are not soo starving for food so you take it in a small portion. As I told you earlier, I am a YOYO type of person, my weigh will be up and down by season (season ada BF sure kughuih punya).

So he and few friends there in Singapore have tried for 20 days Kevin's diet plan, Atkins Plan and 2x10 minutes per day on this Magical Vibration Plate!! Result??? TREMENDOUS!!!!


 <---------To get slim like her is not as easy. ONE MUST WATCH THEIR FOOD INTAKE AND EXERCISE TOO. So I am gonna do this again.. (tho I exercise sometimes brisk walking, sometimes poco-poco, sometimes yoga and most of the time driving hehe) I will watch (seriously) what I eat. Makan nasi has always a no problem to me now as I cant take any other beras (nasi) than BASMATHI.. less starch, good rice-----according to my doctor DR.Kalwant.
