Dari 0 sehingga Jutawan Seminar PWTC 15012011 - 16012011

Salam Readers and Followers,

Attending 2 days Seminar this weekend. Today and tomorrow. Get to know, be around and duplicate 7 Malaysian Millionaires. Learn from them, envy them for their hardship and want to be like them. "If you want to be successful, learn and duplicate from those who already succeed" .. from what i learnt *again* today (and my strong believe all these while),  YOU STILL HAVE TO WORK HARD AND WORK SMART TO BE A SUCCESSFULL SOMEONE. Guess theres no such thing like tak payah buat apa2 tapi duit  masuk!! (all those bullshit promises to us)

Know what YOU WANT, Work on WHAT YOU WANT and ISTIKAMAH .. that's 3 words from my favorite speaker today, Dato' Dr. Azman Chin who has been awarded as ASIAN TOP SPEAKER. Witnessed 'kentang boleh cucuk denga straw' really amazed me on how our inner strength, believe in own self can make us do things that are *we think* IMPOSSIBLE. From today, everything will be I'M.P.O.S.I.B.B.L.E. Good one, valueable knowledge and I am blessed. Just can't wait for DAY 2 to hear what Dr. Irfan Khairy, Norman KRU and BILLI LIM gotta say...

Networking Session at the end of the day is very beneficial for me (well..for most of us participants). Almost all 350 participants..YES 350 PARTICIPANTS are my future business associates in TRADNEX. 2 1/2 box business card habis diberi pada most participants, the quality ones!

Know your enemy ; Know yourself.

So here's the catch for the above!

DO YOU KNOW

  • how much calories your body need per day?
  • how much calories YOU consume a day?
  • to lose 1Kg, how much calories must you burn?
  • type of exercise that can help you to burn calories?
IF SO

  • how long you should exercise?
  • type? intensity? ..for example Walking.. how fast? how far should you go?
AND DO YOU KNOW

  • Fillet-O-Fish have 1100 calories?
  • to burn that off, you must JOG for 3.2 hours? NO?..YES?.. YES it is!!!!

Now let me share with you..well almost everyone know this (I know!!) but just to refresh...HOW TO CALCULATE OUR BMI (Body Mass Index)

                                      Weight in KGs
BMI =        ----------------------------------------
                   (Heights in meter) X (Heights in meter)

BMI readings?

Normal           = 18.5 - 24.9
Over weight    = 25 - 29.9
Obese            = > 30

Mine is 28.5 (there you go!!!! I am overweight close to OBESE OMG!!!!)

Now..lets CALCULATE OUR BMR (Basal Metabolism Rate)


Male BMR       =  66 + (13.7 X weight/kg) + (5 X height/cm) - (6.8 X age in years)
Female BMR   = 655 + (9.6 X weight/kg) + (1.8 X heights/cm) - (4.7 x age in years)

Mine is 1367.5cal
(This is better accurate than counting calorie needs based on body weight alone)

To know your Physical Activity Level, here's HOW to calculate your daily calories requirement (DCR)

Sedentary - little or no exercise, desk job                  
BMR X 1.2      = ______________ calories

Light - light exercise/ sports 1-3 days/week
BMR X 1.375  = ______________ calories

Moderate - moderate exercise/ sports 2-3days/week  
BMR X 1.55    = ______________ calories

V.Active - hard exercise/ sports 6-7 days/week          
BMR X 1.725  = ______________ calories

X.Active - hard daily exercise/ sports  or 2x's/ day training i.e marathon, contest                        
BMR X 1.9     = ______________ calories


So how much calories you are taking today..and how much you actually have to take daily?? Find out yourself... the extra calories intake today will be collected to the waist first (upper body)..

Atkins Diet

Hello everyone,

Firstly, I would like to welcome SIM Members who visit this page. Nothing special here, it's just me who eagerly want to learn how to write and share my "two cents" opinion (this always a favorite phrase in our SIM group emails communications kan..kan..kan...??!!.. kot kot la nnti kena kutuk cover awal2 hehehe)

I am one of the group members!!! (eh.. tetiba)

So today I want to share my experience about Atkins Diet Plan. Invented by Dr. Atkins who stress in natural foods, healthy fish, veggies and fruits intake. Atkins diet is a system that enables our body to lose weight in a natural way by inducing a change in metabolism. Our body is capable of burning fat and carbo to provide energy that require for our body. Dr. Atkins suggested that we REDUCE OUR INTAKE IN CARBO, which eventually our body burn fat to turn to energy. More likely a PROTEIN DIET plan juga lah. Dr. Atkins plan is the other way round from the traditional meal plan.

Argghhhh... suka..suka..suka...chicken..chicken..mutton..chicken...... :)

And also this morning, my business consultant shared with me KEVIN ZAHRI e-book titled 5KG in 5weeks.. and one of the method is TO EAT EVERY 3 HOURS. The idea is, you are not soo starving for food so you take it in a small portion. As I told you earlier, I am a YOYO type of person, my weigh will be up and down by season (season ada BF sure kughuih punya).

So he and few friends there in Singapore have tried for 20 days Kevin's diet plan, Atkins Plan and 2x10 minutes per day on this Magical Vibration Plate!! Result??? TREMENDOUS!!!!


 <---------To get slim like her is not as easy. ONE MUST WATCH THEIR FOOD INTAKE AND EXERCISE TOO. So I am gonna do this again.. (tho I exercise sometimes brisk walking, sometimes poco-poco, sometimes yoga and most of the time driving hehe) I will watch (seriously) what I eat. Makan nasi has always a no problem to me now as I cant take any other beras (nasi) than BASMATHI.. less starch, good rice-----according to my doctor DR.Kalwant.

How to use Whole Body Vibration

It's baking time!!!. I have been waiting for this moment for quite sometimes. Looking at my busy daily routine, i "force" one day to make a red velvet cupcakes (i refuse to make a cake as most of the method need me to cut it in the middle to put frosting so I takut hehe). After my commitment with MM2H Agents Association Gala Dinner done, on Thursday December 23, 2010 i made my 1st attempt of Red Velvet Cupcakes.

How is it?

On Saturday, since i have leftovers buttermilk (which is soooo difficult to find and finally i found it at TMC Bangsar);  i've made a chocolate moist cake which I get the recipe from You Tube too. This kindda "hands on" training really works on me.

It's nothing but self satisfaction. Making, baking and eating cakes is always the thing that I like and it's my interest. Not to forget cooking as well.

And tonite.. 10mins x 2 on MY MAGICAL WHOLE BODY VIBRATION MACHINE!!!!

MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE WITH WHOLE BODY VIBRATION MACHINE

Hello everyone.

My very 1st blog, my very 1st writing. Actually I am  a little bit lost on blogging. I know people has been using this for sooooo long but yeah, it's better late then never for me :) I don't want to be left out as many of my friends too, having their own blog. After all my job needs me to be in front of the PC always. Rather than FBing all the time, I might as well learn to write here. Be a BLOGGER. Ayo! ;)

Well for those who known me long, they know I am a BIG..yes BIG eater and I an YOYO type of person (macam Oprah la). Though I watch what I eat and exercise, still that's not enough for me. To go to the gym?? Hell no TIME (always my reasons lah!!) I met my Singaporean consultant and he told me he have something good for  me which he have tested himself, to his wifey and "Popoh" as well (Popoh i called,  is his mother who is 70++ YO now)



MY MAGICAL MACHINE


I want to share with all about this which I called a MAGICAL MACHINE. Whole Vibration Machine, Power Plate Machine, Plate Vibration Machine..are some of the names for this "same" thing It has been used for sooo long by the famous celebrities, Hollywood Elites and famous athletics.

WBV has been proven by top Institutions and Universities. Please refer to attach "Hormonal Changes", There are 3 hormones, the first is Cortisol, the second is Testosterone and last is Growth Hormone.




Cortisol - This is the stress hormone which is bad for our body. It speed up aging and obesity. Refer to the attach, you may notice "Before vibration" the reading was 682 and "After vibration" it drop to 464. A dropped of 32%.

Testosterone - This hormone helps in many areas but the most important is the developing of the muscles and increases libido (sex drive). I had personally experience it and it's really amazing. In the attach, it show an increased of 6.8%.
